    The ancient Egyptians believed that to enter heaven a person's heart must be as light as a feather. What does it mean to live with a light heart?

    Based on my experience, people who trust their doctors and their treatment plans do better. Based on my research, people who lighten their hearts (e.g. through expressive writing or prayer) improve their medical conditions. I want to learn the most effective methods to lighten the heart and improve health.
