    Kevin Ikuta, MD, MPH is a Health Sciences Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and a faculty member of the Infectious Diseases Section at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. He is the hospital epidemiologist and director of infection prevention and control at the GLA VA. He is an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington. His research interests are in population health, sepsis epidemiology, and the global burden of antimicrobial resistance.
