Our laboratory investigates the significance of spatial genome organization in governing gene expression, DNA replication, and cell differentiation. Our primary aim is to integrate genomics and microscopy data to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles underlying chromosome folding and the allocation of genomic regions in relation to nuclear bodies. Additionally, we are actively developing techniques to map the spatial distributions of the proteome within the cell cytoplasm at a molecular level. This endeavor allows us to delve into the molecular architecture of subcellular compartments and track their dynamic alterations during the regulation of cellular processes
